Q. What if I want to change a child ticket for an adult ticket, or vice versa?
A. You must cancel your order and start again.

Q. What if I want to change the time of my expedition?
A. You must cancel your order and start again.

Q. When I clicked on the purchase button, it said there was an error with my order, what should I do now?
A. You only have 15 minutes to fill out the form. If you receive a message that you have made an error, it is best that you cancel your order and start again.

Q. I don’t think my order processed correctly, how do I find out if my tickets are reserved?
A. If you think something went wrong with your purchase, call 617.375.WITS to confirm your reservation.

Q. I tried to print my email confirmation but couldn’t, how do I print my ticket?
A. In the event you cannot print the confirmation from your email, you may call 617.375.WITS to confirm your purchase.

Q. When I purchase tickets online, do I get a reserved spot in the expedition?
A. Tickets purchased online guarantee your spot on the day and time you booked. Expeditions leave promptly. You must arrive 15 minutes in advance of your reservation. We suggest that you arrive earlier to ensure that you make your expedition time.

Q. Are there any refunds?
A. All tickets are sold for a specific date and time, are non-refundable, and may not be exchanged.

Q. If online tickets are sold out for a particular day, does that mean you’re completely sold out for that day?
A. No. We release only a portion of our tickets on the internet for advanced sales. Same day tickets are usually available via phone at 617.375.WITS or at the Box Office.

Q. What if I want a private expedition?
A. Tickets for private expeditions may be purchase by calling 617.375.WITS or by visiting the Box Office. You must purchase a minimum of 12 tickets to guarantee a private expedition.

You may not receive an email confirmation of your tickets if the ISP (Internet Service Provider) you use is filtering your email or you have SPAM filtering software installed on your computer. If you do not receive a confirmation email, check your SPAM folder. If you remain unsure, call 617.375.WITS and we will be happy to confirm your order.
